Construction Management
You will have better control over your employees, assets, materials, subcontracts, equipment and devices, etc., helping your business become more efficient and profitable.
Overview
ESAT offers a comprehensive and flexible web-based approach to construction and estimation, in order to help general contractors, subcontractors, and building companies manage the entire construction process from planning to execution. Typical processes include takeoff (which consists of estimating the quantity of items needed from blueprints, in order to prepare a part of the estimate), project management and scheduling, project design, cost accounting, bid management, field service management, and safety and reporting.
The application offers tools to efficiently manage workflow, bidding process, and project scheduling, as well as a central dashboard that shows a quick snapshot of all projects.
